Titans of the Toll Road Panel on Workforce Development

MillerMusmar CPAs Proudly Sponsors Titans of the Toll Road Panel on Workforce Development

Reston, VA – March 20, 2026 – MillerMusmar CPAs is proud to announce its sponsorship of the upcoming Titans of the Toll Road panel discussion, hosted by the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce Innovation & Technology Council. This bi-annual event will focus on the latest trends in workforce development and the evolving collaboration between business and academia.

The panel, titled “Latest Trends in Workforce Development: Exploring Business and Academia’s Role,” will convene regional business leaders, technology innovators, and academic executives to address one of today’s most critical challenges: how organizations can effectively leverage technology to recruit, engage, and prepare the workforce of tomorrow while avoiding a widening talent gap.

Event Details:
Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
Location: Trajectory Event Center

Panelists will share real-world strategies being implemented across industries to attract, develop, and retain talent in an increasingly dynamic labor market—where skills, adaptability, and continuous learning are becoming the new currency of success.

Key topics to be explored include:

  • The impact of technology and AI on workforce expectations and productivity

  • Bridging the gap between education and industry needs

  • Leveraging technology, partnerships, and organizational culture to remain competitive in talent acquisition through 2026 and beyond
