This virtual event will take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will offer valuable insights for attorneys guiding foreign businesses into the U.S. market.
The CLE will equip participants with the expertise to navigate the complex U.S. immigration landscape and offer strategic guidance for foreign businesses looking to enter and expand in the U.S. The session will use hypothetical scenarios to explore the key decisions businesses face during market entry, particularly around visa selection and aligning immigration options with business goals.
