Our clients do not pay for large overhead structures that require high billing rates to remain profitable. When we can, we work on a fixed fee basis.
We use collaborative efforts to utilize the knowledge and experience of the client when developing our work programs. We are pro-active versus re-active. We look forward instead of focusing on what's in the rear-view mirror.
All personnel assigned to our engagements are well qualified. We do not believe in sending untrained accountants into the field, and we make every effort to conduct our engagements with minimal disruption to our clients and their staff.
When needed, we pride ourselves in enlisting the most business savvy people available to assist our clients. This provides the client with a "bench" of talent that is available to solve business problems. Our management team includes former CFOs, CPAs, MSTs, CFPs, MBAs, CVAs, ABVs and executives from various large organizations.
Our staff is required to take at least forty continuing educational credit hour courses a year.
In our engagement letters we offer a timetable for the completion of our services. We provide a schedule which outlines not only when we would like information from the client, but also states when the client can expect us to complete our reports.
The fee we quote is the fee we charge. Unless material circumstances unexpectedly arise, there won't be any add-on charges. In the event something does arise, we discuss it fully with our clients before incurring the additional cost. Unless a material reason prevents us from doing so, we discuss our findings with our clients before we include them in financial statements. Findings are a positive improvement to our client's operations.
