What We Do...
We work with foreign embassies located in the United States that utilize medical hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors to treat their citizens and help the embassies achieve lower overhead costs and more efficient treatment for their visiting/residing patients and dignitaries.
How Do We Do It...
We enhance or replace current policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and insure accurate reporting through updated information systems, policies and procedures, and operations manuals. This helps us to reduce costs such as, medical treatment for the visiting/residing patients and dignitaries.
We have a broad network of experts who assist us in negotiating contracts with medical facilities. Our pharmacist (Pharm D) and medical doctor (MD) will review the client's entire medical costs and pharmaceutical requirements. Our insurance experts will work to leverage economies of scale to better achieve cost efficiencies for our clients. Our medical cost professionals will utilize their experience in identifying certain cost inefficiencies and poor internal controls to minimize/eliminate errors in accounts payable processing. This experience coupled with our direct experience in negotiating and structuring discount plans for prescription drugs and hospital care allows us to get the highest amount of cost savings for our clients.
Who Do We Work With?
We only take on clients that we strongly believe we can help. Therefore, we work on a success based engagement agreement. We want to have a win-win relationship with our attache contacts and directors. If we do not achieve the desired cost savings for our clients then we do not make money.
How Long Does It Take?
The entire process normally takes between twelve to fourteen months to fully complete. The diagnostic study can take one to two months to complete. The implementation and monitoring phase takes the remaining time. We take this much time to make sure that the staff is applying the concept accurately.
