Each full time employee accrues two weeks of vacation and one week of personal leave annually. This amount is increased based on tenure and promotion.

We offer Health, Dental and Vision insurance to all full time employees on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Short Term Disability Insurance
This plan covers 60% of an employee's current weekly salary if the employee suffers from a disabling accident or illness that is not work related. Benefit payments will begin after the employee has been unable to work for 1 day due to an accident or 8 days due to sickness. Maximum benefit is $1000
Long Term Disability Insurance
In the event of a disability, this plan will provide 60% of salary up to a maximum of $3,500 per month. Benefits are payable starting after 90 days of disability and will continue until recovery, to a maximum of 5 years.
Group Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
A new employee is eligible for group life & AD&D on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. This plan is 100% paid by MillerMusmar. Benefits for employees who average 30 hours or more per week are $50,000 for Basic Life Insurance AND $50,000 for AD&D.
MillerMusmar provides a 401(K) plan that is available to all employees. This plan allows participants to defer up to $15,000 of income on a pre-tax basis. There is a 12 month length of service required, 1000 hours, and the employee must be 18 years old. The limit for 2011 contribution is $25,000. The current investment options are provided by the Enterprise Funds / Bisys Retirement Services.
MillerMusmar knows that continuing education is an important part of being a successful professional. For that reasonm, MillerMusmar shares the cost of professional memberships, professional licenses, and CPE coursework for employees who have completed one year of service with the firm and are selecting job related coursework and professional associations.
Flexible Benefits Plan (section 125)
The premium conversion program allows employees to pay their share of health insurance premiums before their taxes are calculated. Employees are also eligible to enroll in the dependent and medical care reimbursement accounts. This program allows employees to pay certain dependent care and medical care expenses with before-tax dollars. The maximum contribution that can be made into the Medical Reimbursement Account is $2,000. The maximum that can be paid into the Dependent Care Account is $5,000.
